泰王国驻华大使馆举办“冬阴功汤：泰国献给世界的礼物”活动

2026 年 9 月 23 日，泰王国驻华大使馆在馆内泰式凉亭庭院举办 “ 冬阴功汤：泰国献给世界的礼物 ” 活动。来自多个领域的约 100 位嘉宾参加了此次活动，其中包括中方政府代表、企业界人士、媒体以及其他国家驻华外交官。

泰王国驻华大使韩灿才阁下在开幕式致辞中表示，联合国教科文组织已于 2024 年将冬阴功汤列入《人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录》。冬阴功汤作为泰国饮食文化遗产，不仅反映出泰国中部地区人民通过从大自然中观察和学习而形成的饮食文化，也体现了泰国人民简朴、依靠自然、自给自足的生活理念。此外，冬阴功汤也对健康有益。因此，特别把冬阴功汤当作泰国赠予每一位中国朋友的礼物。

活动期间，泰王国驻华大使官邸的主厨亲自示范了冬阴功汤的制作过程。嘉宾们品尝到了多种冬阴功汤风味的特色美食，包括冬阴功汤面（使用中国面条作为该道美食的食材）、冬阴功炒饭、冬阴功风味炸鸡。此外，活动现场还提供了与冬阴功汤搭配起来相得益彰的泰国甜点、泰国水果、泰国品牌的零食和饮品等供嘉宾品尝。

“Tomyum Kung: Thailand’s Gift to the World” Event

On 23 September 2026, the Royal Thai Embassy in Beijing hosted the event

“Tomyum Kung: Thailand’s Gift to the World” at the Thai Pavilion Courtyard of the Royal Thai Embassy. Approximately 100 guests from various sectors attended the event, including Chinese media representatives, Chinese public and private sector representatives, and foreign diplomats based in Beijing.

H.E. Mr. Chatchai Viriyavejakul, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the People’s Republic of China, delivered remarks at the opening ceremony, noting that Tomyum Kung has been inscribed on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity (RL) of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) in 2024.

Tomyum Kung is a culinary cultural heritage that reflects the way of life of people in Thailand’s central region, whose food culture has developed through observing and learning from nature. It also embodies simplicity and a way of life that is closely connected to nature, self-reliance, and contributes to good health. Tomyum Kung is therefore a gift from Thailand to all Chinese friends.

During the event, the chef from the Ambassador’s Residence gave a live cooking demonstration of Tomyum Kung. Guests also had the opportunity to taste Tomyum Kung in various forms, including Tomyum Kung noodles, which incorporated Chinese noodles as an ingredient, Tomyum Kung fried rice, and Tomyum Kung flavored Popcorn chicken. The event also featured Thai desserts, Thai fruits, snacks, and beverages from Thai brands, all of which which pair perfectly with Tomyum Kung.
