泰王国驻华大使馆向中国国家图书馆转赠《世界三藏·萨迦雅音2016版》

2026年5月28日，为庆祝玛哈·哇集拉隆功国王陛下2024年7月28日六循（72岁）寿辰及2025年泰中建交50周年，泰王国驻华大使韩灿才阁下代表泰方向中国国家图书馆转赠《世界三藏·萨迦雅音2016版》，中国国家图书馆党委书记、副馆长陈樱作为代表接收。

此次向中国国家图书馆转赠《世界三藏·萨迦雅音》，不仅增加了中国国家图书馆为广大观众提供佛教类书籍服务的藏书量，也彰显了泰中两国在文化与智慧方面的紧密合作关系。

Presentation of the “World Tipiṭaka Saj-jhā-ya Phonetic Recitation: The King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Queen Sirikit Commemorative 2016 Editions” to the National Library of China

On 28 May 2026, Ambassador Chatchai Viriyavejakul, Ambassador of Thailand to China, presented the “World Tipiṭaka Saj-jhā-ya Phonetic Recitation: The King Bhumibol Adulyadej and Queen Sirikit Commemorative 2016 Editions” to the National Library of China, Beijing, in commemoration of the 6th Cycle Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua of Thailand (28 July 2024) and the 50th Anniversary of Thailand – China Diplomatic Relations. The books were received by Ms. Chen Ying, Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the National Library of China.

The activity is part of a joint project between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand and the World Tipitaka Foundation in presenting the World Tipiṭaka Saj-jhā-ya Phonetic Recitation to libraries, institutions, and organisations in more than 30 countries worldwide, continuing Thailand’s long-standing role in the preservation, development, and international dissemination of the Pāli Tipiṭaka which began in 1893 in the reign of King Chulalongkorn (Rama V). This edition of the Tipiṭaka is the world’s first “Sajjāya Recitation” Tipiṭaka, invented to preserve the precise pronunciation according to the Pāli grammar and chanting style from the time of the Buddha through usage of the Syam-Pali Phonetic Symbols and the Pali Monotone Music Notation. It represents an invaluable and innovative achievement in the fields of linguistics, musicology, and computer engineering.

This presentation of the World Tipiṭaka Saj-jhā-ya Phonetic Recitation enriches the National Library of China’s public collection of books and documents related to Buddhism, and also reflects the close bonds between the Thai people and the Chinese people in aspects of culture and wisdom.

การมอบพระไตรปิฎกสากล ฉบับฉบับสัชฌายะ ชุด ภ.ป.ร. และชุด ส.ก. พ.ศ. 2559 แก่หอสมุดแห่งชาติจีน กรุงปักกิ่ง

เมื่อวันที่ 28 พฤษภาคม 2569 นายฉัตรชัย วิริยเวชกุล เอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงปักกิ่ง ส่งมอบพระไตรปิฎกสากล ฉบับสัชฌายะ ชุด ภ.ป.ร. และชุด ส.ก. พ.ศ. 2559 แก่หอสมุดแห่งชาติจีน กรุงปักกิ่ง เพื่อเฉลิมพระเกียรติพระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัว เนื่องในโอกาสพระราชพิธีมหามงคลเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 6 รอบ 28 กรกฎาคม 2567 และเพื่อฉลอง 50 ปี การสถาปนาความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย-จีน ปี พ.ศ. 2568 โดยมีนางเฉิน อิง เลขาธิการพรรคคอมมิวนิสต์จีนประจำหอสมุดแห่งชาติจีน และรองผู้อำนวยการหอสมุดแห่งชาติจีน เป็นผู้รับมอบ

กิจกรรมครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการร่วมระหว่างกระทรวงการต่างประเทศและมูลนิธิพระไตรปิฎกสากลในการเผยแพร่พระไตรปิฎกสากล ฉบับสัชฌายะฯ ไปมอบแก่หอสมุด สถาบัน หรือองค์กร ในมิตรประเทศของไทยรวม 30 กว่าประเทศ ถือเป็นการสืบสานบทบาทของประเทศไทยในการอนุรักษ์ พัฒนา และเผยแผ่พระไตรปิฎกไปยังนานาประเทศที่เริ่มต้นตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2436 ในรัชสมัยพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ทั้งนี้ พระไตรปิฎกสากล ฉบับสัชฌายะฯ ซึ่งจัดพิมพ์โดยประเทศไทย เป็นพระไตรปิฎกชุดแรกของโลกที่ถ่ายทอดการออกเสียงภาษาปาฬิ (บาลี) ที่แม่นยำตามหลักไวยากรณ์และการออกเสียงในสมัยพุทธกาลโดยผ่านสัททสัญลักษณ์สยาม-ปาฬิ (Syam-Pāli Phonetic Symbols) และโน้ตเสียงปาฬิ (Pāli Monotone Music Notation) นับเป็นผลงานนวัตกรรมในทางภาษาศาสตร์ ดุริยางคศาสตร์ และวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ทรงคุณค่า

การมอบพระไตรปิฎกสากล ฉบับฉบับสัชฌายะฯ แก่หอสมุดแห่งชาติจีนในครั้งนี้ นอกจากจะเป็นการเพิ่มพูนรายการหนังสือและเอกสารเกี่ยวกับพระพุทธศาสนาที่หอสมุดแห่งชาติจีนให้บริการแก่ประชาชนทั่วไปแล้ว ยังเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของความสัมพันธ์ที่ใกล้ชิดด้านวัฒนธรรมและภูมิปัญญาระหว่างชาวไทย-จีนอีกด้วย
